维持性血液透析患者生活质量影响因素的研究

Study of factors affecting the quality of life in hemodialysis patients

摘要:

目的 分析维持性血液透析(HD)患者生活质量的各种影响因素.方法 选择血液透析治疗患者共88例,登记基本情况,使用肾脏病生活质量简表(KDQOL-SFTM)问卷调查,对其生活质量(QOL)进行统计.结果 原发病情况及费用来源与生活质量不具有相关性(P＞0.05);年龄、性别、婚姻、透龄、教育程度、工作及收入情况与生活质量均有相关性(P＜0.05).结论 透龄、教育程度、年龄、婚姻情况、性别、收入及工作情况严重影响透析患者的生活质量.

Abstract:

Objectives To analyze the various affecting factors of the quality of life in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods 88 patients were chosen from the blood purification center in our hospital,and quality of life (QOL) was analyzed with KDQOL-SFTM questionnaire.Results The quality of life was no correlation between primary source of morbidity and the cost (P ＞ 0.05).Age,gender,marital status,dialysis age,education,work and income were correlated (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Age,gender,marital status,dialysis age,education,work and income serious impact on the quality of life.
