Abstract:Objective?? To analyze the effect of laparoscopic radical cystectomy combined with pirarubicin in the treatment of bladder tumors and the effect on serum CA125 and α-FR levels. Methods?? Eighty patients with bladder cancer admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to October 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with laparoscopic radical cystectomy, and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic radical cystectomy resection combined with pirarubicin treatment; the postoperative exhaust time, postoperative hospital stay, drainage tube removal time of the two groups of patients and the occurrence of adverse reactions 3 months after the operation were recorded. Patients were followed up for more than 1 year, and postoperative recurrence was recorded. Before operation, half a year after operation, and one year after operation, the levels of α-FR and CA125 in the blood of patients were measured. Results?? The postoperative exhaust time, postoperative hospital stay and drainage tube removal time of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001); there was no significant difference in treatment complications between the observation group and the control group(5% vs.10%,P>0.05); the recurrence rate of the observation group within one year of treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group(P=0.007); the blood levels of α-FR and CA125 in the observation group were significant at half a year after surgery and one year after surgery lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusions?? Laparoscopic radical cystectomy combined with pirarubicin can effectively improve the prognosis of patients with bladder tumors and reduce serum CA125 and α-FR levels.
