Abstract:To explore the application value of comprehensive communication in patients undergoing elective surgery. Methods435 patients underwent elective surgery were selected, the patients were randomly divided into observation group (n=219) and control group (n=216). Patients in observation group were given comprehensive communication, patients in control group were given routine preoperative visit, the positive and negative emotions were assessed with the positive and negative PANAS, SAS and SDS were used to evaluate the anxiety and depression of the patients, the systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP) and heart rate (HR), norepinephrine, epinephrine and completion time of anesthesia were compared between the two groups. ResultsAfter intervention, positive emotion score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, while negative emotion score of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05); After intervention, SAS and SDS scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05); The preoperative HR of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05); Preoperative norepinephrine and epinephrine in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05); The completion time of anesthesia in observation group was significantly shorter than that in control group(P<0.05). ConclusionComprehensive communication has better application value in elective surgery, which can improve patients' negative emotions and improve patients' anesthesia cooperation degree.
