戈舍瑞林联合妇科千金胶囊对子宫内膜异位症术后血流动力学及雌激素水平的影响

Effect of goserelin combined with Fukeqianjin capsule on hemodynamics and estrogen level in patients with endometriosis

摘要:

目的分析戈舍瑞林联合妇科千金胶囊对子宫内膜异位症术后血流动力学及雌激素水平的影响。 方法150例子宫内膜异位症患者随机均分为对照组(戈舍瑞林治疗)和联合组(戈舍瑞林联合妇科千金胶囊治疗)。比较治疗前后两组患者血流动力学及雌激素水平的变化。 结果联合组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后两组中医症候积分、子宫动脉左侧和右侧阻力指数、搏动指数、血清黄体生成素、促卵泡激素、雌二醇水平均降低,子宫动脉最大血流速度升高(P＜0.05)；且联合组较对照组改善更为明显(P＜0.05)。 结论戈舍瑞林联合妇科千金胶囊治疗子宫内膜异位症术后患者安全有效,且改善其血流动力学及雌激素水平。

Abstract:

To analyze the effect of goserelin combined with Fukeqianjin capsule on postoperative hemodynamics and estrogen level in patients with endometriosis. Methods150 patients with endometriosis were randomly divided into the control group (goserelin) and the combined group (goserelin combined with Fukeqianjin capsule). The changes of hemodynamics and estrogen levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. ResultsThe total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05).Compared with before treatment, the TCM symptom score, left and right resistance index, pulsatility index, serum luteinizing hormone, follicle stimulating hormone and estradiol levels in the two groups were decreased after treatment, and the maximum blood flow velocity of uterine artery increased (P＜0.05); and the change in the combined group was more obvious than that in the control group (P＜0.05). ConclusionGoserelin combined with Fukeqianjin capsule is safe and effective in the treatment of postoperative patients with endometriosis, and can improve their hemodynamics and estrogen levels.
