    摘要:

    目的探究外涂乔洛施AR辅助皮秒激光治疗黄褐斑的疗效及其对皮肤屏障功能的影响。 方法选取黄褐斑患者98例,并随机均分为观察组及对照组各49例,其中对照组采用皮秒激光治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用外涂乔洛施AR治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效,于治疗前后比较两组患者美容效果相关指标、氧化应激指标[血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)]、皮肤屏障功能[经皮水分流失量、皮脂含量、角质层含水量]变化情况。 结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗12个月后,两组美容效果相关指标、MDA、经皮水分流失量降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组SOD、GSH-Px、皮脂含量、角质层含水量升高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论外涂乔洛施AR辅助皮秒激光治疗黄褐斑效果较好,且有助于修复皮肤屏障功能。

    Abstract:

    AimTo explore the efficacy of cellese AR external coating-assisted picosecond laser in the treatment of chloasma and its influence on skin barrier function. Methods98 patients with chloasma in department of dermatology were selected and randomly and evenly divided into observation group and control group, with 49 cases in each group. The control group was treated with picosecond laser, whereas the observation group was given cellese AR external coating on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, and facial improvement status, the cosmetic effect-related indicators (serum superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and skin barrier function (transcutaneous water loss, sebum content, water content of stratum corneum) before treatment and after 12 months of treatment were compared between the two groups. ResultsThe total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the cosmetic effect-related indicators, MDA, transdermal water loss value of the two groups were decreased (P<0.05), and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). SOD, GSH-Px, the sebum content and stratum corneum water content were increased, and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05). ConclusionCellese AR external coating-assisted picosecond laser has a good effect in the treatment of chloasma, and it is helpful to repair the skin barrier function.
