    摘要:

    目的 :研究维司力农结构改造物FPA对豚鼠心室乳头肌动作电位的影。方法 :采用细胞内标准微电极记录技术 ,观察 10 - 3 mol·L- 1 的FPA对 5种频率 (0 .2、0 .5、1、2、4Hz)触发的动作电位的影响。结果 :FPA对动作电位幅度 (APA)、超射值 (OS)、静息电位 (RP)等指标均无明显影响 ,但可使动作电位复极至 5 0 %、90 %时间 (APD50 、APD90 )均明显延长 ,尤以APD50 延长更明显。FPA在不同频率刺激时对动作电位时程的影响程度无显著性差异。结论 :FPA具延长心室肌动作电位的作用 ,该作用无频率依赖性

    Abstract:

    Objective: To investigate the effect of the derivative of vesnarinone(FPA) on the intracellular potential of isolated guinea pig ventricular papillary muscle. Method:The effects of FPA on the properties of action potential were observed under five different frequencies of stimulation(0.2?0.5?1?2?4Hz) using the intracellular microelectrode technic. Results: FPA showed no significant effect on the resting potential(RP),amplitude of action potential(APA),etc but significantly prolonged the duration of repolarization to 90%(APD 90 ),and to 50%(APD 50 ); the APD 50 increased more significantly. The effects of FPA had no significant difference under the five frequencies. Conclusion: FPA possesses the effect of singnificantly prolonging the duration of action potential in non-frequency dependent way.
