楤木皂苷抗炎、镇痛作用的实验研究

Study on anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of Aralia saponins

摘要:

目的:研究楤木皂苷的抗炎镇痛作用。方法:用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀法和蛋清致大鼠足跖肿胀法研究楤木皂苷的抗炎作用,醋酸致小鼠扭体反应观察镇痛作用。结果:楤木皂苷可抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀和蛋清致大鼠足肿胀,减少醋酸致小鼠扭体反应的次数。结论:楤木皂苷有抗炎镇痛作用。

Abstract:

Objective: To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of Aralia saponins.Methods:anti-inflammatory effect of Aralia saponin was observed by the model of mouse ear edema engendered by overlaying the dimethylbenzene on the auricle and rat paw swelling induced by injecting egg white in to the toes.analgesic effect was observed by mouse acetic acid-induced twisting test.Results: Aralia saponins inhibited the swelling of ear induced by xylene and edema of rat paw elicited by egg white,and reduced the times of torsion response.Conclusion: Aralia saponins has the effect of anti-inflammation and analgesia.
