Abstract:Objective: To explore the mode and effect of normalized education for nurses of integrative Chi- nese and Western medicine in Chinese medicine hospital. Methods: A training management organization was es- tablis- hed, training programs and assessment program were formulated, and the teaching materials were edited. From 2008 to 2011, 200 nurses graduated from Western institutions were trained for two years. Results: Through training, non-TCM nursing graduate nurses not only mastered the basics nursing technique of Chinese medicine , but also skillfully used the integrative Western and TCM nursing methods; the overall quality improved signifi- cantly.GOrlClUSiOn: Implementation of standardized training of nurses of integrative Chinese and Western medicine is conducive to the construction of nursing staff and the unfoldment of integrative medical care work.
