老年人中医健康状态辨识研究评述及展望

Evaluation of the health status of the seniors: comments and prospects based on TCM

摘要:

随着社会老龄化进程的加快及人类疾病谱向慢病的转变，新的医疗模式将逐渐转向“以维护健康为中心”。现有单纯基于理化指标的健康状态辨识模型已经难以满足老年健康需要。老年健康状态辨识是判断老年人健康的关键，是维护老年健康的前提。目前，中医健康状态辨识主要包括以临床专家为核心的经典辨识模式、以量表问卷为中心的标准辨识模式、以中医诊疗设备为中心的智能辨识模式、以指标为中心的微观辨识模式等。中医药强调个体精准化防治，其“未病先防”理念与“健康中国”战略不谋而合。在未来，构建与人工智能相融合的具有中医特色的综合健康状态辨识技术体系将推动老年健康产业的发展。如何实现更加优质、便捷、人性化的健康服务将成为各相关研究热点。

Abstract:

With the acceleration of the aging process of society and the transformation of the human disease spectrum to chronic diseases，the new healthcare model will gradually shift to “health maintenance-centered”. The existing health status evaluation models based solely on physical and chemical indicators can no longer meet the health needs of the seniors. Geriatric health status evaluation is the key to determine the health of the elderly and the precondition for maintaining health. At present，the TCM evaluation models for health status mainly include the classical evaluation model which is clinicians-centered，the criteria evaluation model which is scales-centered，the intelligent evaluation model which is centered on TCM treatment equipments，and the micro evaluation model which is indicators-centered，etc. The TCM emphasizes individualized and precise prevention and treatment，and its concept of “prevention before illness” coincides with the view of the "Healthy China Strategy". In the future，the establishment of a comprehensive health status evaluation technology system with TCM characteristics integrated with artificial intelligence will promote the development of the geriatric health industry，and how to achieve more high-quality，convenient，and humanized health services will become a hot spot for various types of research.
