    摘要:

    目的 系统评价长链非编码RNA(Long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)对口腔鳞状细胞癌(oral squamous cell carcinoma,OSCC)的诊断价值。 方法 用计算机检索国内外文献数据库,包括 Pubmed、EMbase、CNKI、WanFang Data、VIP、Cochrane Library。检索时间均为建库至2022年2月,获得关于lncRNA对OSCC诊断相关的文献,并根据制定的纳入及排除标准独立筛选、提取文献数据和对所纳入研究进行质量评价,同时通过使用STATA15.0 和MetaDisc1.4进行meta分析。 结果 根据标准共纳入文献9篇,总计口腔鳞状细胞癌组828例,对照组589例。合并灵敏度、合并特异度、AUC分别为 0.76(95%CI:0.67,0.83)、0.77(95%CI:0.70,0.83)、0.83(95%CI:0.80,0.86)。 结论 评估lncRNA对OSCC诊断价值时发现其灵敏度和特异度较好,lncRNA对OSCC可能具有一定的临床诊断价值。

    Abstract:

    Objective To systematically evaluate the diagnostic value of biomarker Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). Methods Domestic and foreign literature databases,including Pubmed,EMbase,CNKI,WanFang Data,VIP,and Cochrane Library,were searched online. The retrieval time was from the database construction to February 2022,and literatures related to the diagnosis of OSCC by lncRNA were obtained. According to the established inclusion and exclusion criteria,the literature data were independently screened,and the quality of the included studies was evaluated. Meanwhile,meta-analysis was conducted by using Stata15.0 and MetaDisc1.4. Results A total of 9 studies involving 828 OSCC and 589 control groups were finally included on the basis of inclusion criteria. The pooled sensitivity,specificity and AUC were 0.76 (95%CI: 0.67,0.83),0.77 (95%CI: 0.70,0.83) and 0.83 (95%CI: 0.80,0.86) respectively. Conclusion LncRNA shows high sensitivity and specificity in OSCC diagnosis,and lncRNA may have certain clinical diagnostic value for OSCC.
