鼻内镜下微血管减压术治疗原发性三叉神经痛23例

Endoscopic microvascular decompression forthe treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia

摘要:

目的 探讨鼻内镜下微血管减压术治疗原发性三叉神经痛的方法及疗效。方法 采用鼻内镜下微血管减压术治疗原发性三叉神经痛23例，确认责任血管，推移并垫入Tfelon棉絮。结果 术后疼痛缓解有效率100%，常见责任血管小脑前上动脉、小脑前下动脉、小脑后下动脉、基底动脉及岩静脉。结论 鼻内镜下微血管减压术是治疗原发性三叉神经痛的有效治疗方法，完整保留神经功能。 

Abstract:

Objective To explore the surgical method and effect of endoscopic microvascular decompression for the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia. Methods 23 cases with primary trigeminal neuralgia received endoscopic microvascular decompression. During operation, the responsible vessels were confirmed, pushed aside and padded with Tefelon cotton. Results The pain got relieved postoperatively in all cases with an effective rate of 100%. The responsible blood vessels included anterosuperior cerebellar artery, anteroinferior cerebellar artery, posteroinferior cerebellar artery, basilar artery, and petrous. Conclusion Endoscopic microvascular decompression is an effective therapeutic method for primary trigeminal neuralgia, and the nerve function should be kept intact.
