耳廓瘢痕疙瘩的综合治疗

Combined treatment of auricular keloid

摘要:

目的探讨耳廓瘢痕疙瘩的综合治疗疗效。方法112例患者按数字随机法分为单纯手术组(A组)和综合治疗组(B组)，A组进行单纯的瘢痕疙瘩切除术，B组切除瘢痕疙瘩后予以外敷湿润烧伤膏，在折线后局部注射曲安缩松的综合治疗。结果B组的治愈率（57.1%）及有效率（83.9%）均较A组的治愈率（32.1%）及有效率（73.2%）高，两组间的治愈率及有效率差异比较均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论瘢痕疙瘩切除术联合外敷湿润烧伤膏及局部注射激素可提高耳廓瘢痕疙瘩的治愈率。

Abstract:

ObjectiveTo evaluate the therapeutic effect of combined treatment on auricular keloid.Methods112 patients with auricular keloid were randomly divided into surgical treatment group (group A) and combined treatment group (group B). To the patients of group A, only ulectomy was applied. To those of group B, ulectomy was adopted combined with postoperative external application of moisture burn ointment (MEBO) and local injection of triamcinolone acetonide.ResultsThe curative and effective rates of group B(57.1%, 83.9%）were higher than those of group A(32.1%,73.2%) respectively with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).ConclusionCombined treatment is beneficial to improve the curative effect of auricular keloid.
