Abstract:This paper summarized the nursing experience for an advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patient with immune-mediated dermatomyositis caused by immune checkpoint inhibitor. The key points of nursing included early identification, early report, early treatment and continuous monitoring, skin nursing, medication nursing of complications, psychological nursing, rehabilitation guidance and discharge health guidance. After the implementation of the above comprehensive nursing measures, the patient's condition was improved, and he was discharged after 22 days of hospitalization.
